Original tube socket
The original tube socket of our company begins to delete PTFE (or Complite), and fixes and constitutes the pin by round cutting. For this reason, since there is no vibration and a vacuum tube is held firmly, sound quality degradation by vibration is prevented. Moreover, there is insulation which was excellent in Teflon and it will become a key part of the production of vacuum tube amplifier.

Explanation of the material currently used
Teflon: As for a formal name, 4 fluoridation ethylene, and electric insulation and a dielectric constant are the highest thing in all solids. Temperature characteristics-proof are also excellent.
Complite: It is the material which was the same as that of bakelite for the material which dried wood compulsorily and carried out sinks in of the phenol resin by making it into a base material and in which intensity was more excellent. It is the feature that a firm sound is obtained since heat resistance is also high and intensity is large.
Phosphor bronze: It has adopted as a material of the pin of almost all the tube socket (except for L series) of our company. Intensity is high, and spring nature is excellent and maintains the stable contact.
Gold plating: The base sheet which does not have magnetism in almost all the socket pin was given, and also it has plated with gold more thickly. (L series is excluded) Magnetic material is eliminated as much as possible also from plating.

It is an overly large-sized socket used for 212 of a Western Electric etc. Since resisting pressure is high, Teflon is safe also at the time of the high voltage.
